The investment analysis and scores provided by our AI platform are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice. Users should conduct their own due diligence and consult with qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Lonmining or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Lonmining's services, even if Lonmining or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Lonmining's services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software are the exclusive property of Lonmining and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of Lonmining's services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Documents and data uploaded to our platform may be processed by our AI systems to provide analysis services. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law
